Poetry for Neanderthals is a family-friendly party game where players earn points by getting their teammates to guess words and phrases. The catch is that they can only use single syllable words to give clues. If they use any words with more than one syllable, the other team gets to bop them with a 2-foot inflatable club.

YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR TEAM TO GUESS THAT WORD.

BUT YOU CAN ONLY SPEAK IN SINGLE SYLLABLES.

DURING YOUR TURN, AN OPPONENT STANDS NEXT TO YOU HOLDING A NO STICK.

IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY SAY A BIG WORD

THEN YOU GET HIT WITH THE NO STICK.

AND YOU LOSE POINTS.

IT'S A GAME THAT FORCES YOU TO SOUND A LITTLE BIT DUMB.
