Shipping & Delivery

After Ordering

You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm your order within minutes.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filters.

Despite our best endeavours, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that an item's indicated availability is accurate.  If all ordered goods are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.  Delays in payment may delay shipping.

You will receive an email notification once an order has been shipped. 

If One or More Items Are Unavailable

We will contact you within 1 business day.  You will always have a choice to either receive a refund for the unavailable item(s), replace the unavailable item, or receive the order as multiple shipments (without additional shipping cost).

Australian Shipping

Delivery can take up to 10-16 business days, depending upon your location within Australia.  Delivery options are:
  • Pickup from our store in central Bunbury, Western Australia.
  • Flat rate delivery. The cost of shipping is $10 to Western Australian destinations, and $14 to destinations in all other Australian states.  We use Express Post when at all possible.
  • Free Delivery! All orders of $50 or more to South West WA (ie. all Australian post codes starting with "62") are delivered for free!

Large Item Surcharge

In rare cases, the delivery charge will include a Large Item Surcharge of $15 due to an item's very large size and/or weight. This will be clearly indicated in the product description. This Surcharge does not apply to Pickup or Free Delivery options.

Undeliverable Items

A very few items on our webstore are so big or heavy, that we currently have no cost-effective way to ship them. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

We can drop these items to local delivery addresses (with Australian post codes starting with "62"), or they can be collected from our store in Bunbury WA. 

No other shipping options will be presented for these items, but special delivery can be arranged by contacting Customer Support once the order has been placed. The customer will bear the cost of special delivery arrangements, so you are welcome to contact us beforehand to discuss options and their associated cost.

Express Post

We endeavour to use Express Post whenever possible, but sometimes the cost is prohibitive.  Express Post delivery times are typically 2-3 days.  If you need to ensure that an order is sent via Express Post, please let us know in Comments.  A surcharge may be payable if the order is bulky or heavy.

International Orders - New Zealand

We do accept New Zealand orders, however orders to New Zealand can take longer to process and are subject to a minimum order value of AUD 20.00.

All Other International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally to anywhere other than New Zealand at this time.
