Easy to learn, endlessly strategic!

Reversi is a classic two-player strategy game where every move can completely change the board. Players take turns placing their coloured discs, trapping their opponent’s pieces between their own to flip them over and claim them.

The rules are wonderfully simple, but deciding where to place each piece takes clever planning. Capture a corner, protect your position and look for opportunities to turn whole rows of your opponent’s pieces to your colour — while trying not to give them the chance to do the same!

When no more moves can be made, count the discs on the board. The player with the most showing their colour wins.

With no luck involved, Reversi is a fantastic game for developing strategic thinking, forward planning, problem-solving and observation skills. Quick to set up and different every time, it’s a timeless game that children and adults can enjoy together.
