Australian Shipping Options
- Free Australia-Wide Delivery! All orders totalling $130 or more are eligible for free shipping across Australia!

Free Local Delivery! All orders of $50 or more with a delivery address in the South West of WA (ie. all Australian post codes starting with "62") are delivered for free!
- Express Delivery whenever possible! We try to use Express Post where possible, but for bulky or heavy packages we will revert to Standard Post. If you specifically need express delivery then please state this at checkout, or follow up your order with a quick email. We'll do our best, but there may be an additional fee.
- Free Local Pickup! From our store in central Bunbury, Western Australia.
- Flat rate delivery: For all other orders, the cost of shipping is $10 to Western Australian destinations, and $14 to destinations in all other Australian states (unless your order qualifies for FREE DELIVERY as stated above, or requires a large item surcharge as stated below).
We use Express Post when at all possible.
Postage timeframe: Orders are packaged and sent daily. Delivery can take 2-16 business days, depending upon your location within Australia.
Express Post
We endeavour to use Express Post whenever possible, but sometimes the cost is prohibitive. Express Post delivery times are typically 2-3 days. If you need to ensure that an order is sent via Express Post, please let us know in Comments. A surcharge may be payable if the order is bulky or heavy.
How our Loyalty Points work
Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every $10 spent on products. For example, a purchase of $46 will award 4.6 Loyalty points to your account. It doesn't matter whether the purchase is in-store or online.
Your loyalty points simply accumulate until you use them - they never expire.
Your current loyalty point total will be shown at the top of your invoice after each purchase, and can also be checked at any time by logging into your account here on our webstore. If you've made a purchase from our store in person in Bunbury WA, and you're not sure if your points are appearing in your online account yet, please don't hesitate to email us whenever you wish to know your point total.
Loyalty points can be redeemed for a discount of 50c per point.
For example, 10 points can be used as $5.00 in your payment, and will subtract 10 loyalty points from your account.
Regardless of whether you spend them or not, earned loyalty points will activate "base discounts" as targets are reached. Base discounts are permanent discounts that apply to all of your purchases, in addition to any discounts gained by spending the points.
Once you have activated a base discount, we will notify you by email. You can then apply the discount to all future purchases, by entering the level as a discount code. For example, customers with the "Wayfarer" base discount can enter the discount code WAYFARER for a 2% discount on their purchases.
