Terms and Conditions: Brain Spice “Aero-Prop October” Competition 2025
1. This competition closes 11.59pm Friday 31st October 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
2. This competition can be entered by anyone in Australia.
3. A valid competition entry consists of a single video capturing one or more tricks by the entrant using a spinning, Brain Spice branded, Aero-Prop toy. The video must be accompanied by a signed entry form.
4. The submitted video must not be edited in any way. Any signs of editing will disqualify the video.
5. Competition entries will fall into two age categories: “Under 12” and “12 to Adult”. Both age categories will be judged separately, with prizes awarded to the three best entries.
6. Aero-Prop tricks will be judged by Brain Spice personnel, based on the difficulty of the trick, the level
of skill displayed (ie. how easy you make it look!), and the overall “cool factor”. Prizes will be allocated to entrants with the top three highest final scores in each age category. All judges’ decisions are final.
7. Winners will be announced on the Brain Spice webstore, on social media, and in the monthly Brain Spice newsletter. Prizes can be collected from the store, or alternatively, can be emailed to recipients upon request.
8. Brain Spice staff and helpers, and their immediate family, are not eligible to enter.
9. Prizes are: 1st Prize = $250 Brain Spice voucher; 2nd Prize = $25 Brain Spice voucher; 3rd Prize = $10 Brain Spice voucher. Brain Spice vouchers have no expiry date, and can be used either in store or on the Brain Spice webstore.
